To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeiXian DisplayTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeiXian DisplayTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
